About Me

I am a Junior Web Developer interested in both front-end and back-end development. While attending a six month developer bootcamp in Seattle called Epicodus, I learned the fundamentals of software development and debugging. Languages taught include C#, SQL, and JavaScript. Frameworks taught include .NET, Angular, and Nancy.

Prior to Epicodus, I received a Master's degree in Human Factors Psychology where I learned UX principles and conducted research. By combining my web development skills and UX knowledge I create intuitive and thoughtful products.

I love to travel and this love stemmed from my experiences growing up in Switzerland and England. My understanding of different cultures and ideas make me very open to the needs of different users and improves the projects I create.

Speech Solutions

Speech Solutions is a website for a speech teletherapy business written with C# in ASP.NET Core. It includes authentication with roles, AJAX, one-to-many relationships, and email functionality. Users can view information about the company, schedule a consultation, Skype with the therapist, and create an account. Members can view progress information and goals added by the therapist. Admins can view members and clients and add notes and goals to individual clients to help track progress.

Sizzle Stuff

Sizzle Stuff is a ficticious online store for selling unique and silly kitchen gadgets. It was coded in C# and uses the Nancy framework with SQL for database calls.
